Practical information

'In de Heuvelrug' is open all year round. The five holiday homes are well isolated and the underfloor heating means you won't be bothered by cold feet. Check-in is from 4:00 pm, let us know what time you arrive and we will welcome you. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact us so we can look for a solution.

You can check out until 10:30 am, earlier is of course always possible. Are you a real late sleeper or is there another reason why you want to check out later, let us know and we will see what is possible here too. Checking out is quite simple, check if the house is broom clean, close all windows and doors and leave the key on the table or give it to us when we are present. Read the house rules here.

Facilities

We want you to feel comfortable when you enter, which is why a welcome pack is waiting for you. This package consists of a number of tea bags and coffee cups, so that everyone can drink a cup of coffee or tea and there are some drinks ready in the fridge. There’s also a hand, tea and dish cloth and dishwasher powder available.

There is a vegetable garden on the property that you can use freely. On this page you can find a selection of the current crops that are grown. There is also a shack which is filled with indoor and outdoor games, puzzles and some books.

For the kids

In the forest there is always plenty to see and experience, children can let their creativity run wild. Playing is always done with respect for nature and animals. The large meadow lends itself to many activities, so don't forget to bring your Frisbee and badminton rackets. We also have a shack on the property which contains a variety of kids games.

Please note there is a pool on site, so be careful with small children. In addition, for your own safety and that of your children, you are not allowed to enter the grass roofs of the houses.
